🪥 How to use whitening strips
- Brush your teeth gently
Do it before applying them.
Do not use rinse immediately before (it may reduce the effect). - Open the envelope
They usually come in two strips:
A longer one (for the upper teeth).
A shorter one (for the lower ones). - Place the strip
Align the side with gel over your teeth.
Press gently to ensure it adheres well.
Fold the excess back to secure it. - Wait the indicated time
The box usually states the time (many strips are 30 minutes ).
Do not eat or drink while wearing them. -
Remove and rinse
Remove the strips.
Rinse your mouth or brush gently to remove any residue.
